J2 Flooring was appointed to supply the extensive LVT flooring section, as part of the fit-out of the new VIP areas of the BP Pulse Live Arena at the NEC Birmingham, the UK’s largest exhibition centre. The VIP areas required a flooring solution that was both bespoke, stylish and delivered to a tight deadline.
From the date of order, we manufactured over 2,000m² of custom-designed LVT at our UK production facility. Working in partnership with AFB Flooring Solutions, the appointed flooring contractor, and Dawnvale, the main contractor for the fit-out, we delivered the flooring within just four weeks to ensure the project was completed on schedule and to the tight deadlines. This was a key factor in the success of the project and the results are exceptional.
The designs used in this commercial LVT installation included popular designs from our collections: Renaissance, Chevron, Basket Weave, and Herringbone patterns, produced in a variety of colours and sizes to create a truly distinctive finish. The result was a sophisticated flooring installation that enhanced the clients high-quality interior brief and delivered a unique look for the VIP areas.
By value-engineering the product while maintaining authenticity and design precision, J2 Flooring was able to meet the brief with speed, quality, and creativity, helping to shape a standout space in one of the UK’s most iconic venues.
