Trade & Retailer Account FAQs
Below are some common questions and answers about J2 Trade accounts.
You must be in the flooring industry and purchasing LVT flooring on a weekly basis. Simply fill out the trade application form on our website. Once submitted, a member of our team will review your details and get in touch to confirm next steps. It’s quick and straightforward.
You must be a flooring related trade customer, who has the ability to purchase regular volumes each week. If you only purchase LVT flooring ad hoc, then we will refer you to your local or a national trade supplier, who can supply you with our products. Once you submit your trade account application, our team will review it within 1–2 working days. If we need any additional info, we’ll get in touch. Approved accounts will receive confirmation and access details by email.
Although each individual order does not have a minimum order quantity, to qualify for a direct account, you must be willing, as a minimum requirement, to invest in our display material (portable display box) and be able to achieve a yearly target, which will be communicated during your account review process.
We offer both types of account. the latter is subject to credit approval from our credit insurer. This is discussed during the account processing stage.
